What is the ACCA?
The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) is the largest global professional accountancy body with over 250,000 members and students worldwide. ACCA has been recognised by the United Nations as providing the basis for a global accountancy qualification.
Founded in London in 1904, the ACCA qualification combines the benefits of traditional accounting skills with a forward looking syllabus which recognises that finance professionals are increasingly required to demonstrate strategic thinking, excellent communications and fluency with information technology.
